From my own experience and continuing ascension, I understand the ebb and flow of the journey and how isolating it can be, I offer coaching which caters to you. Growth is not linear which is why I adapt sessions to facilitate your growth.

The sessions include deep diving into the shadow aspect of self, together we shine a light on the shadow allowing the hidden parts of ourselves to be seen and rise up and be accepted into one conciousness.

One of the challenges we face is relationships.

why?

Because they bring up the parts of ourselves we push away. We love others when they act right, we receive validation from others in the attempt of feeling love/joy/bliss (our true nature), which is great until the others we are observing acts out of our comfort zone or hits a trigger, the love we once felt turns to hate (Real quick, 0 to 100!). This brings up all of our stored/repressed emotions and we erupt. We are left to face these parts of ourselves but instead of laying down the armor and seeing ourselves, we project everything out onto the blank canvas in-front of us.

The question posed is do we choose to face ourselves or hide?

Relationships are a great way of getting to know ourselves on the deepest levels (if navigated correctly) for this reason. Relationships can be friendships, family and romantic relationships.

Let others be our greatest teachers. Allow yourself the grace and love to use what is deemed as heartbreak to be your greatest uprising.
